In order to observe wild animals in their natural environment the best thing to do is following the suggestions of the guides who know the right places and the habits of the animals. They choose very remote places to live in and they usually come out at night. Anyway, there are places where it is easier to watch animals like Camosciara in Abruzzo National Park, Lama dei Peligni (Preserve Majella Park), Vallone d’Angri (Gran Sasso-Laga Park) where you can watch the chamois. Bears can be easily spotted in the Abruzzo National Park. Wolves are everywhere in the park but difficult to be spotted. Deer and Roe deer can be spotted in the Valle dell’Orfento (Majella Park) and in the Regional Sirente Park. |
